Top Shows Coming to Town for 3/20/15-3/26/15

It’s SxSw week down in Austin, so Dallas gets some spillover of that talent, even its own show called Spillover. Have fun out there.

1 Stevie Wonder @ American Airlines Center (Dallas) Sun, 3/22/15

One of the greats, Stevie will be performing Songs in the Key of Life.

2 Hozier @ House of Blues (Dallas) Fri, 3/20/15

One of the hottest tickets in town this year. The “Take Me to Church” singer done blowed up.

3 TV on the Radio @ Granada Theater (Dallas) Fri, 3/20/15

The beloved indie rock group will perform 2 sold out shows at the Granada (so they appeared on this list two weeks in a row), as they carry on without bass player Gerard Smith, who passed away in 2011.

4 Sylvan Esso @ Granada Theater (Dallas) Tues, 3/24/15

One of my favorite emerging bands from 2014 return to Dallas with a headlining show at the Granada.

5 Spillover 2015 @ Deep Ellum District Sun, 3/22/15

A festival in the Deep Ellum Performance District featuring SxSw performers, including Liars, King Tuff, Jeff the Brotherhood, Screaming Females, Diarrhea Planet, Viet Cong, Iceage, Cancer Bats, Dirty Fences, and Young Ejecta.

6 Milky Chance @ South Side Music Hall (Dallas) Fri, 3/20/15

The German folk duo’s single “Stolen Dance” has over 125 million views on YouTube.

7 the Mavericks @ Majestic Theatre (Dallas) Sat, 3/21/15

Raul Malo and the boys return to Big D

8 Olivia Jean @ House of Blues (Dallas) Mon, 3/23/15

Retro-cool singer from the Black Belles will soon head out to open for another hot up-and-comer, Benjamin Booker

9 Misterwives @ House of Blues (Dallas) Fri, 3/20/15

New York indie band whose “Reflections” is a pretty big indie hit right now.

10 MilkDrive @ Dan’s Silverleaf (Denton) Thurs, 3/26/15

Austin four-piece string band put on a fun show.

Get out there and see some shows!
